This sentence right (i knew that this is going to happen)

i knew that this is going to happen

he didn’t even said me to sit

Hi improve

I knew (that) this was going to happen.

OR, as an alternative:

I knew (that) this would happen.

This would be grammatically correct:
He didn’t even tell me to sit.

What exactly did you mean in that sentence?
It seems a little odd. Did you want to indicate surprise that he didn’t invite you to sit down?

Amy

First, both sentences are wrong because you didn’t start them with a capital letter and end them with a period.

I knew that this [color=red]was going to happen.
If the verb in the main clause is in the past tense, the verb in the subordinate clause usually has to be in some sort of past or perfect tense.

He didn’t even [color=red]tell me to sit.
The auxiliary verb did should be followed by the base form of the next verb, so said was wrong in the past tense. Said was also the wrong verb. If someone is ordering another person to do something, he tells that person to do it.

Yes same, I went to meet my manager. He was behaving odd. He didn’t tell me to sit. I was standing and hearing him. I felt odd.

Thanks James. You have exlained my fault and gave an explanation. Thanks It will help for not repeating the same mistake again
