I wonder if i write the sentence correct or not:

The purpose of the study is to identify and anticipate the direct and future impacts that will arise during the construction and operation of the Namsam project, whether it is direct or indirect, for a short or long term, temporary or permanent impacts.

The sentence might be grammatically correct but it’s rather useless because nobody will read it. It’s simply way too long.
