The practice of illegally hunting wild animals continues to cause concern in many countries, particularly developing countries. What are the causes of such hunting? What are the effects on the animals, and on the wider human society in these countries and

Wildlife hunting escalates into a crisis threatening the survival of many species in the wild and has drawn attention and concern in many places, in particular, extremely poor or developing countries. The reasons and impacts of poaching will be presented in this essay.

There are several reasons which lead to hunting wild species illegally. First and foremost, poaching is considered a lucrative occupation while the prospects of finding other forms of employment seem poorer. There is no denying that hunting animals for their valuable parts, elephants for ivories can be taken as an example, bringing a huge profit for hunters so that they could take responsibility for carrying the financial burden. Besides, earning money through the wildlife trade, finding food also acts as another driver. For example, some areas in Africa reported many prolonged severe droughts which resulted in poaching without permission to get by. Despite being educated well on the importance of not getting involved in poaching activities, hunger pushed local people to hunt wild animals.

The continuing increase in the practice of illegal hunting impacts both animals and humans with potentially serious consequences. Regarding animals, the animal population would be pushed to the verge of extinction with unforeseen speed subsequently bringing about an ecological crisis breaking the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. Moreover, hunting wild animals has left irrevocable harm to biodiversity, the loss of a large number of rhinos every year is undeniably proof in the reality. Not only animals but also human society has been affected profoundly, poachers have robbed poor communities of future opportunities as tourism could play an essential role in enriching the economy of that local areas and the country in general, especially developing ones.

To conclude, I believe that poaching can be derived from many reasons, such as employment prospects or starvation and its effects on the animals and humans go along with far-reaching consequences.

I liked your writing, I don’t know what it’s really all about. But could you try and explain to me what you write about, using less fancy words? Thanks a bunny.

Well, in my essay, I discuss about causes and effects of hunting animals illegally:
+Causes: I have 2 main reasons:
→ R1: People can earn a large amount of money from poaching–>some hunters have to hunt animals to fulfill their responsibilities in their family, eg: earn money from selling some parts of animals
->R2: Due to natural disasters ( droughts)-> local people couldn’t find food to survive. That’s why some of them hunt animals.
+Impacts: I also have 2 effects.
→ E1: Animals: hunting leads to extinction of some species, you can search for this on the Internet that endangered animals are being hunted seriously, for ex: rhino or elephant. And I think that loss of them would spoil the balance of environment where humans and animals live together.
->E2: Human society: Loss of animals also similar to loss of developing tourism.
