The past form of the verb "to iron"

Hi everyone,

“She did the ironing, got dressed and went out.”

Right. Could I say “She ironed, got dressed and got out” as well?

Thanks a lot. Bye bye

‘Got out’ doesn’t really work here because it’s not clear what she got out of.

So I can say “I went out” but I have to say “I got out OF THE HOUSE”, for example. Alright, thanks a lot.

PS: I assume “She did the ironing” and “She ironed” are both OK.

Yes to both.
