hi Ganesh,
as for number 1 I’d say it should read : the parcel was returned to the sender. omitting the back
as for number 2 I think it’s very special I don’t dare give advice
as for number 3 the girl said she did it [color=brown](past tense) herself or she have/had done it [color=brown](present perfect/past perfect) herself.
Omit “back” from the first because it’s redundant.
This really should be written out as “I left home at a quarter to 7.” This means 6:45. Fifteen minutes is one quarter of an hour. “Quarter to” or “quarter after” generally don’t occur in writing.
It all depends on the context.
The girl said she did it herself. - This is quite likely in response to a question as to whether the girl did a specific act herself.
The girl said she has done it herself. - Not necessarily this time, but she has done this specific act herself before.
The girl said she had done it herself. - This is likely to occur if you’re telling someone else after the event is over. I’m telling you a story about the girl. “He didn’t believe she did it, so I asked. And the girl said she had done it herself.”
The girl said that she did it herself
or
The girl said that she had done it herself.
