reckless means showing lack of care about danger and possible results of the actions.
Does it mean doing something without thinking twice, not caring what others advices, warnings ?
I’d like to ask does the word carry the negative (= doing it impulsively)/ positive (=dare to do sth) or just neutral meaning (based on the context).
