What dose the meaning of [color=blue]“Duly” ?
I always find this word when we read the reply the email such as duly received ,duly noted.
Should we say this word in English ?

What does ‘duly’ mean?
In that situation, it means the email was received in the correct manner or at the correct time. It has been sent/completed/received correctly.
