For a long time we used to think that we human beings are the most advanced species on earth. It turns out, we are not. I agree with this tweet by Jason Hickel:
We made a mistake when we decided to see humans as some kind of evolutionary apex rather than as one of the youngest and most inexperienced species to join the community of life. We have more to learn from others about how to live on this planet than we can ever hope to teach.
