The football team will never has its day

Our football team will never has its day.
Our football team will never has a dog’s chance.
Do the 2 sentences make sense?

Hi floratang

The first sentence is OK if you change has to have:
Our football team will never have its day.

I would prefer the second sentence in the simple present tense, but I guess it could also be used with “will never”:
Our football team doesn’t (ever) have a dog’s chance.
Our football team will never have a dog’s chance.
