Hi,
I’m sure there is a difference in meaning. Here are my examples
Every day I get more and more scared of Covid.
Three years ago I was in hospital and each day I was there I got more and more depressed.
Could you explain @Alan , @Anglophile , @Arinker , @NearlyNapping , @Torsten ?
Thank you.

To me, each , every , and each and every are almost the same.
It sounds as though each is more distributive than every while each and every is more emphatic than each or every .
Let’s wait and see what the others say.

I think that ‘every’’ is used in a general sense and ‘each’ in a specific sense. Example -
Every week I visit my old aunt and each time I go without fail she insists on giving me my favourite biscuits.
Hope that helps
