Can we use the word “that” instead of “and” in some places because I remember seeing sentences like those?
For example:
The error is less that we don’t consider it.

You can’t replace “and” with “that” in any sentence I can think of.
“The error is less that we don’t consider it.” This sentence doesn’t make any sense, and it’s definitely not English. I can’t understand it.

Your sentence: "
The error is less that we don’t consider it." is, I suspect, meant to be:
“The error is so small that we don’t consider it.”
In other words because the error is minute, it has no real bearing on the results, so it is not a matter that requires serious consideration.
Your voice is quite easy to understand, though you have a heavy accent. Like most non-native speakers, you seem to have a problem with the ‘v’ sound.
I agree with you Bee. I remember coming across a grammar book written by an Englishman saying that we can omit so in sentences with so…that in informal English.

The more you read aloud, the easier things will become. At the moment, concentrate on the sounds in general and don’t worry too much about specific problems. If you wish to look at specifics don’t overload yourself. Just concentrate on one things at a time.
