How do I manage the usage of “that” and “which” as relative pronouns? For example, which one of the following should I choose as being correct?
“Employees are trained by means of a method which was created by the company.”
“Employees are trained by means of a method that was created by the company.”

And how to use the other relative pronoun?Could you give me an example?[/i]
