ESL teachers, why are you here on this forum? Are you here only to teach English usage, or do you also feel you come here to learn more about English usage?
I’m here for a number of reasons. First, I can ask native speakers from different parts of the world about a variety of language issues. Second, the forum allows me to learn more about the mindset of English learners from different countries.
What about you Molly? How would you define your reasons for using this forum?[YSaerTTEW443543]

I suspect that my motives for visiting the site are entirely selfish. As a matter of fact, I usually come here out of sheer enjoyment and love for the language, rather than for altruistic reasons.
Hi Torsten,
I signed up to see whether your material would be useful for my students. I am proficient in English but I like to pick someone’s else brain to come up with new ideas. So far I have not really had the time to check out all the exercises and am I still very busy with my job. I teach English to 12-18-year olds and that can be quite a challenge.
Still I would like to remain a subscription to your site. Thank you for all the work and effort you put into it.
