The line graph illustrates the satisfaction rating of the whole staff in four colleges between 1991 and 2002. Obviously, the satisfaction rating fluctuated over 12 year period. In addition, College C had the highest rating at the end of the period shown.
In 1991, College C’s satisfaction rating stood at about 28% then it slowly declined to around 25 % in 1995. After that, it saw a dramatic decrease when the rating hit the lowest point of 10% in 1998 before rocketing to just under 70% by 1999. From 1998 to 2002 the satisfaction rating of College C slightly rose and peaked at 80% in 2002.
During the first 6 years the satisfaction rating of college D hovered around 40% then it minimally fell over three consecutive years before dropped to 20% at the end of the period. The satisfaction rating of College A fluctuated but the trend was downward and ended at 40%. Whereas, in college B the rating went up and down between 1991 and 1997 and there was a slight increase of it to a peak of 70% by 2002.
Hi, I think you did a pretty good job at capturing the data. Please note the suggestions I made for your introduction though. I think if there is a dramatic aspect of the graph you need to highlight it a little more. I don’t know exactly how to improve your score - mainly just try to use a little more descriptive vocabulary and watch your errors in preposition use. I think this might squeak by with a band 7 score.
