Let me create a dialogue to better explain my question.

Reporter: Will your client sue the hospital for their medical malpractice?
Plaintiff’s Lawyer: It’s for sure we will file a lawsuit against the hospital. We are also seeking 1 million in damages.

It’s for sure we will file a lawsuit against the hospital.
My question is: How can we express this in other words?

For example: Suing them is certain. Is this grammatically correct?
