"such good weather" or "such a good weather"

Hi everybody!
Please help me with the following:
what is right SUCH GOOD WEATHER or SUCH A GOOD WEATHER.

thanks a million!

Such good weather

or

Really nice weather.

Many thanks for such a promt reply!!!
Can you please help me with one more thing: what should i choose for the: OUR MANAGER LEFT…A NEW JOB. a)to get b) for getting

Thanks!!!

He left to start a new job.

Is it possible to choose one of these: to get, for getting, for get, for to get?

thanks!

To get, can be used.

If he already has the job, then, " He’s got / He has "

If he hasn’t, then, " He’s hoping to find / He’s looking for "

Why is that so?
We say for example: “It was such a beautiful girl”, right? So why not “such A good weather”?

Weather is a non-count noun, so you can’t assign it an indefinite article. You can’t give me a (one) weather.

Girl (note that you shouldn’t say ‘it’ in reference to a girl; use ‘she’) is a count noun, and you can refer to individual girls.
