The second pair are unintelligible. The word order of the first two should be:
1. Documents still not received
2. Documents not yet received
Neither of those are sentences.
Till = until
I won’t see him till/until tomorrow.
I will wait till/until she comes.
Still = yet
Yet is more usually used in negative sentences and questions, while still is more usually used in affirmative sentences.
I haven’t seen him yet.
I am still waiting for him.
