‘Te dijo: “te amo”’ means: ‘He told you: “I love you”’
‘La isla bonita’ means ‘The beautiful island’.
La Isla Bonita or “The Beautiful Island” is one of favorites too. When she sings Te dijo te amo, she means “She said she loved you” or she said: I love you.

There’s another line in there:

Conchita can verify, but the translation of that is “He told you that he loves you.”
It might also be “El dijo que te amas,” which would mean “He said that he loves you.”
‘Amas’ is for ‘t?’: (yo) amo, (tu) am?s, (el/ella) ama.
