Some people think that it is better for extended families to live together.

In some cultures it is common for extended families to live together, while in others it is common for nuclear families to live away from the extended family. If we look over the statistics we can conclude that the cultures where it is common for nuclear family to live away from the extended family are more developed cultures then the cultures where peoples use to live in extended families. Of course each of these has his own advantages and disadvantages, let’s discuss them.
Tastes are different, different people have different tastes. And in extended families there are more people then in nuclear families and the probability of different tastes can occur most likely in extended families and for instance there can emerge some debates about the furniture, or about the colours of rooms.
Besides in extended families if one member’s salary is higher then other’s salary the one with lower salary can feel bad and they will not feel good together, for example one can give very expensive gifts to his wife while other has not enough money to buy such expensive things and her wife will feel bed.
In extended families there are also some age differences between grandparents and grandchildren and in many cases different generations can disturb each other. For example many teenagers use to listen very loud music or enterprise parties at home which will disturb their grandparents because they mostly need calm environment. Moreover they can get offended from each other.
Taking into consideration all this examples we can confidently conclude that it is better to live in small families then in extended families. My family is a nuclear family (mother, father, brother and me) and we all are very happy. But it does not mean that I do not love my grandparents and cousins, I am very fond of them and we always keep in touch. Moreover I think that grandparents have more influence in grandchildren then parents, because they live more then parents and they have more live experience.

Hi!!! please check it…

Taking into consideration all (of these) examples we can confidently conclude that it is better to live in small families (rather than) in extended families.
My family is a nuclear family (mother, father, brother and I) and we (are all) very happy. But (that) does not mean that I do not love my grandparents and cousins.

I am very fond of them and we always keep in touch.
Moreover I think that grandparents have more influence (on) grandchildren (than) parents, because (they have lived longer than) the parents and (therefore) they have more experience.

Thanks Kito!!!
