so

Hello every one.

yesterday,I heard a dialogue in movie in which a woman was showing a photo of her

daughter and saying’‘she is my so’'please tell me the meaning of ‘‘so’’ .

I think you must have misheard, Kanta. That doesn’t make sense.

Dear Beeesneees.I have listened again and again ,she is saying,’‘she is my so’'now I don’t know what it’s spelling

Could she be saying ‘soul’? (She is my essence)

Yes,Beeeneees you are absolutely right.I have just seen that movie with english

subtitles and ‘‘soul’’ was written there.I don’t know why I misheard. If I listen that dialogue once again ,even I hear ‘‘so’’.

one more question, what verb can we use when we text to many people. spread this SMS as you can.Is it right? once,I heard a particular verb for it…

Please reply.

Hello Beeeneees, Is this right to say? when I give you miss call, come downstairs.or I should say, when I give you missed call, come downstairs.

Dear Beeesneees, I have been leaving question here for few days. why is it not being seen ‘‘Teacher explanation’s page’’?

I have no knowledge of a ‘teacher explanation page’. I see thwe forums the same way as you do and have explained before that when things/people are busy sometimes posts get missed, especially when you don’t start a new topic for a new subject…

I only see two unanswered questions, one from yesterday and one from today.
I wouldn’t use a different verb to indicate texting one person or texting a lot of people at once, so I can’t answer your question about that.
I don’t understand your latest question about a missed call.

which sentence is correct?

Give miss call when you’ll reach at home/give missed call when you’ll reach at home.

Neither sentence makes sense.

Hello every one. then how should it be?

I don’t know because it doesn’t make sense so I don’t understand what you are trying to say.

Like I am at my friend’s home and going back to my own home and she is saying that how she come to know that I have reached safely and I tell her,ok as I reach there,I will call you, like this I will give you missed call as I reach my home. It means she will not attend my call and will know that I am at home now. Ok

I would say:
If I’m the one leaving:
I’ll give you one/two /three ring(s) when I get home. Don’t pick up!
or if my friend is the one leaving:
Give me one/two/three ring(s) when you get home, but I won’t answer.

Your sentence should be:
If you are the one leaving:
I’ll give you a missed call when I get home.
If she is the one leaving:
Give me a missed call when you get home.
