I listened to a cassette about the city of Itza in Maya, Mexico. But I wonder the word “slightly”. Is it grammatically order with the word before. Very = adverb. Slightly = adverb. Or perhaps I myself made a mistake while listening to it. Any suggestion to replace the word “slightly” with the other word that sound similar to?
“The size of this building are approximately 55,3 meter at the base and rise at an angle of 53 degrees although not very slightly for each side.”
Although ‘very slighty’ is in itself an appropriate word order, it doesn’t look as if it is the correct word to use in the context you give.
Ok. Thank you ma’am.
