Dear Teachers,
I read this from insciences.org/article.php?article_id=10313
“Now, we have a simple-to-use tool that is highly predictive of survival after a heart transplant, and can help guide organ allocation decisions.”
Can it be modified as following sentence?
“Now, we have a tool that is simple to use and highly predictive of survival after a heart transplant, and can help guide organ allocation decisions.”
By the way, is “simple-to-use” an idiom? Is it welcome if we coin such adjective by ourselves? Ex:
- This is a comfortable-to-ride bicycle.
- English is a hard-to-learn language.
- Justin is an easy-to-cheat man.
Thank you.[/b]
