Hello Gayane,

Note the spelling of ‘does’. Otherwise, your sentences are fine.

Do I remenber it ? Do you like music ? Does he/she play tennis ? Does it work ? Do we go in the garden ? Do you send an email ? Do they teach French ?
Is that your first time ? Are we friends ?

all my love
Paloschi

Do I remember it?
Do you like music?
Does he/she play tennis?
Does it work?
Do we go in the garden ? ← Shall we go into the garden?
Do you send an email ? ← Are you sending an email?
Do they teach French?
Is that your first time?
Are we friends?

Note that there is NO space between the preceding word and the question mark. The space should come after the question mark and before the next sentence.

Do you listen to music?
Does she improve her English?
Do they have English courses everyday?
Do you speak English?
Does he play football?

Is she improving her English? / Is her English improving?

Do they have English courses every day.
Everyday (a 1 word phrase) means ordinary or commonplace.
Every day (a 2 word phrase) means daily.
You should have used ‘every day’.

The others are okay.

Do you speak english fluently ?
Do we go to the cinema?
Does he write an essay?
Does she come with us?
Do i come to see you?

To begin with, sentences always begin with a capital letter.

Good morning Torstein,
In the Simple present tense (unit 8) we use ‘do’ or ‘does’ to make a closed questions. Before I make some closed questions I want to you to explain further more on why do we use 'do’and ‘does’ as closed question.

We don’t always use do/does.
For some simple present closed questions ‘to be’ is better than ‘to do’:
