Simple Present III (Unit 9)

Hi Sunny,
When I read a book, I noticed the author using double negatives. For eg: She does not read nothing. I do not understand the use of double negatives.

What book? The example you give is not good English.

Hi teacher,
Happy New year.
I stopped my English Lesson since July. It was so terrifying. Therefore, I need to do some catch up here.
Here is my simple sentence for “Do Not” and " Does Not"

  1. I do not like to drink alcohol.
  2. He does not like the way I talked.
  3. They do not learn from each other
  4. Benjamin does not hear what his father told him
  5. I do not eat seafood.
  6. Some people do not speak to each other

I think that all for today. I hope I would catch up the lesson very quickly. Otherwise it would be long way to go.

Thanks a lot.

cheers,
Mei

‘any more’ in the UK.

Sentences should always start with a capital letter and end with a full stop or equivalent mark. Please rectify this basic error first.
