I think it could be either way, but I like it better without the commas.

If you use the commas, I think you should remove the word ‘their’.

No, it should be enclosed by comma’s as is the rule, if not the custom.

I have to add something. Enclosing it by commas gives you non-essential information

You do not enclose Harry Kane with commas, because it’s essential but you should not enclose Katie Goodland, nor Ivy and Lily, because it’s non-essential, but additional information.
