with regards

  1. There is a beautiful garden in our home.
  2. There are many clothes in his shelf. <-- on his shelf.
  3. There are many old buildings in Pakistan.
  4. There is no any able to worship Except Allah. <-- doesn’t make sense. Perhaps you meant, "‘There is nothing worthy of worship other than Allah’?
  5. Is there no water in Indus river. <— the Indus River
  6. There is living room in the apartment. <— a living room
  7. There is no fire place in living room. <-- fireplace (one word)
  8. There are 5 rooms in my home.

11.There are five electrical outlets in the apartment.
12.There are tiles in the bathroom.
13 . There are two sinks in the kitchen.

Pretty good, but you still seem to have difficulties recognising where to use an article.

I’m afraid that’s a very wide question, Bhutto. It would take several chapters in a grammar book to answer that properly.
I suggest that when you come across a specific situation which is confusing you, you post a question about that. (If you want a quick answer, or want there to be more of a chance that your question is not missed, then it is best not to address it to one particular moderator.)

In the meantime, perhaps this will help:
