Do both mean the same?

‘Sentiment’ in that sort of use more often refers to opinions, not feelings.

Bratt: I share the same feeling too.

Or, should we simply say, “I feel the same too”.?

This is what is natural:

Amy: I feel sad for her loss.
Bratt: Me, too./ So do I. / I do, too.

One is nominative case and the other is objective case.

Nominative case: subject of verb. I bought a bicycle.
Objective case: object of verb or preposition: This hat suits me. She bought it for me.
