Sentence: We can assist you in the preparation of the above said documents...

Hey there.

Im writing a letter to a client. Basically i want to tell them that

"We can assist you in the preparation of the above said documents, if you require our assistance. "

The above sentence does not sound good at all atleast to me. Would it be possible for any one to recommend a better way of writing the above sentence please.

I agree that the sentence is odd. Here is one suggestion:

“If needed, we can assist you in the preparation of the above (mentioned) documents.”

Can we use the adjective “said” in the above case (to mean “mentioned before”)?
E.g. We can assist you in the preparation of the [color=red]said documents.
