Is it correct to say
“Today’s completed tasks - A,B,C,etc.,”

Is the sentence below correct:
“The task has modified”

The heading:
Today’s completed tasks, followed by a list of them is fine for most uses.

Usually:
The task has been modified. (Someone else does the modifying to the task. The task doesn’t modify itself.)
