Sentence: Please analyze this, and if this fits into our current requirements,

I have written this to our client (in email) - Is this correct?

“Please analyze this, and if this fits into our current requirements, use this (even with little modification).”

Best regards

Please analyze this, and if this fits in with our current requirements, use this (even if it needs a little modification).

Thanks Beeesneees for the reply!

Beeesneees,
‘If this fits in with our machine, use this (even if it needs a little modification).’
Is this sentence OK?
Thanks.

Something would not ‘fit in’ with a machine. Depending on exactly what you are speaking about, the sentence would be one of these:
If this fits our machine…
If this fits on(to) our machine…

Also the double use of ‘this’ is unnatural.
If this fits our machine, use it…
