If I teach some people, I gain experience. So if I teach enough people, I’ll eventually become qualified. This forum seems like a good starting point. That’s why I used the word “practice”.

You don’t become qualified through teaching people, you become qualified through a rigorous system of establishing your competency in a range of areas.
