Is [color=red]‘a wild running horse’
a-[color=blue]a horse that is running wild
or
b-[color=indigo]a wild horse that is running?
I think for ‘b’ one should use ‘a running wild horse’.
Gratefully,
Navi.

I agrede with you, but you should be aware that many native English speakers would not always think carefully enough to make that distinction when engaged in conversation.
Hi Navi,
It’s really a question of which word you want to qualify with ‘wild’ - ‘running’ or ‘horse’?
