Right the wrong

Is it possible to use a phrase like “right the wrong” but in the past.

As “righted the wrong”?

Or is the phrase immutable.

Technically ‘righted the wrong’ is acceptable but does sound a little unusual. Possibly you could rephrase that and say something like this - He put right the wrong.
