I presume ‘suave’ is being used in the sense of ‘sweet’, which in turn has the sense of ‘very nice’. (It’s slang to use it that way… rather like ‘excellent!’ or ‘awesome!’
As for Rico… If it’s not someone’s name then I have absolutely no idea. The ‘non-fat’ part indicates that it’s food
