Fine by me.

She suggested that Peter study in the library. (subjunctive)

She suggested that Peter should study in the library. > Not incorrect.

But the practice is to say without should which is supposed to be unexpressed or implied.

Now, Why don’t you go? can be a proposition (perhaps caused by inconvenience resulting from the use of an inappropriate place) which Peter may or may not accept. It is suggestive rather than advisory in nature.

Your sentences are correct. However, the first one is complemented with She said and then reported.

She said, “Why don’t you go to the library to study, Peter? It is quite quiet there.”
She asked Peter why he did not go to the library to study, and added that it was quite quiet there.
She advised Peter to study in the library.
She suggested that Peter (should) study in the library.

She advice to Peter study is more important.

Hi @Pksngh , welcome to our forum. I’m afraid your sentence is not correct, though. Let’s start with the fact that ‘advice’ is a noun while ‘to adise’ is a verb. Please let me know if this distinction makes sense to you. Regards, Torsten
