Hi, this structure is much better than your last essay. Unfortunately, I think your grammar is worse - there are a lot of mistakes. I think I would rate this essay a 3 out of 5 too - sorry!

The ability to work with a group of people or a team is [the] most important job skill to have. These days most job[s are] done by [a] group of people. Moreover, there are [a] number of advantages to work[ing] with a group. The work done by [a] team is more accurate than [that] done by individual[s ]. One can get lots of support by [from] his or her coworkers.
Nowadays there are most of jobs [are] done by team[s ]. For example, construct[ion] workers have to work with other construct[ion] workers, mechanical work [is] done by group of people etc. Some time [Sometimes] one project involves different skill[s ]. So there are different [kinds of] skilled people involved in one project. That’s why he or she{“a good employee” sounds better} has to be prepared to work with other coworkers.
The [In addition, an] important advantage is [that a] team can do large part [amount] of work in little [a short] time duration.{comma} Which could never done by individual. Furthermore, team work{one word} is going to be more accurate because everyone gets [a] small part of [the] work which is his or her responsibility. He or she has to concentrate on [only] that part. Then every parts {or “all the parts”} of work [are] put together and [the] work [is] done. While this type of work [could] never [be] done by [a single] individual. And it might be done [even if it is possible,] but it will not accurate and takes long time compare[d] to team work{one word}.
Another advantage is in team work some [if] one cannot understand his or her task or if she has some issues then group of people [is] ready to support her. If he or she has some health problem or some personal issue, and [is] not able to complete the work, then his coworkers [are] always ready to help him to complete the work on time. One can get great support of from team.
Nowadays all jobs [are] done by group[s ] and you must have skill [the ability] to work with [a] team. If someone doesn’t have skill{skill just doesn’t sound right in this context} to work with team then he or she has hard time to [at] work. So it is most important to be able to work with a group of people on a team.
