I want to know which term is correct to use… is it Resale or Resell?

or

  1. You can get Resell rights?

“Resale” is correct. You are using a noun as an adjective, in accord with English standards. It should not be capitalized, though.

“Resell” is a verb. “Resale” is a noun.
