Quote something of $, €, £, etc 123,456 for (doing) something

Hi, I’ve learned this “quote” usage and sentence patterns.

Actually, I refer to the pattern 1 and 2 and read example sentences.
• quote something - The agent is quoting a guide price of €250,000
• quote something for (doing) something - The price they quoted for the kitchen was too high.

Now, I am wondering about my composed sentence could be grammatically possible as below by making use of them(pattern 1 and 2).
And which one does sound natural to you guys?
aa) Mr. Ahn quoted a remodeling work price of $150.
bb) Mr. Ahn quoted a price of $150 for the remodeling work.

Quote something for (doing) something - would look better.

  1. The price they quoted for the kitchen was too high.
  2. Mr. Ahn quoted a price of $150 for the remodeling work.
