There has to be more context to his, Minnie, or else you were supposed to write it in IPA but didn’t.
What do all of these stand for?
What does “X” or “FGH” mean ?
The question I posted before is according to the chapter I am learning:Syntax. It shows me IC analysis, labled IC Annalysis, phrase markers and lableled bracheting. What you are asking me is just what I am wondering. Please also check theory of Constituency and Dependency,TG Grammar,Phrase structure rules, and Transformational rules. The question I asked above is one of the exercise of the chapter. Please do some search and help me with it.Thanks! Minnie
Which book are you using, Minnie?
MrP
The book I’m learning is English Linguistics: An Introduction, written by Wang Yongxiang and Zhi Yongbi, published in Nanjing Normal University Press.
