Prettier/Prettiest

  1. Which of the two girls has the Prettier dress?
  2. Which of the two girls has the Prettiest dress?
  3. Which of the three girls has the Prettiest dress?
    Please correct the above sentences.

“prettier” is used for comparison between two things.

“prettiest” is used for comparison between more than two things. However, colloquially you may also often hear it used for comparison between two things.

The same is true for all such “-er” and “-est” words.

The words “prettier” and “prettiest” should not be capitalised in your sentence. (Possibly you did that to emphasise them, but this is not good practice. It is better to use bold text for that.)
