I study possessive adjectiveds. The was an example - ______waching machine(family). I thought the correct answer is - their waching machine. But in “keys” there was - its waching machine. Why?

Hi Nastya, welcome to our forum. You are right, the correct possessive adjective in your case is ‘their’. Apparently, there is a mistake in the materials you are using.
