Travel with a companion Vs Travel alone.

In today’s world, traveling has became a “mundane” and “unavoidable” activity. People may have to move within the country or overseas. The motive behind traveling could vary from a vacation trip to study to family meetings. People can travel alone or with some companion depending upon their preferences. Traveling alone, would be an peaceful experience. On the other hand, traveling with a companion would avoid boredom, would be an entertaining experience and may help in a mishap or undesirable situation. I would definitely go for the latter choice.

First of all, most to the times, traveling is a “boring” and “tiresome” experience. However, with a companion it can be avoided. A companion would keep you engaged. You can share thoughts with him or can have a light chat. Sharing food is also a good option. Both the companions have a common destiny, so they share a bond. Sometimes you can find some interesting people in the way to your journey. They might be destined to become good future friends. Traveling with multiple companions, during a college trip can be an memorable experience. Whilst you can enjoy the reserve or a book with you when you are traveling alone, having an companion far outweighs this merit.

Second, Traveling with your best friend could be “entertaining”. In today’s world, even good friends have to suffer from time scarcity due to prevailing life styles. A voyage or travel with your fast friend would fill this void. You can share “quality time” with your friend. Knowing about each others lives and recent events associated with it would strengthen the knot of friendship. Moreover, you can click beautiful pictures of each others. Such an picture can be fixed in a frame and can be hanged besides your bed in your bedroom. This would enliven your room with your friend’s presence. On the contrary, Traveling alone would not provide such a privilege.

Lastly, something unfortunate too can happen during a trip. Most of the people suffer from nausea during long travels. Having an companion at your side is always beneficial in such a case. There might be some road accident or delays in journey due to a road or rail traffic. Such a thing, would bring uneasiness and frustration. However with a friend, you will be comfortable in even such an unwholesome situation. You can sit by his side in his lap or lay your head over his shoulder and have a little nap. This would sooth your irritation in an otherwise crowd full of strangers in a bus or train

By the above stated facts and illustrations, I claim that traveling with a companion could bring entertainment, kill boredom and would serve as an helpful hand in a hard journey. However, traveling alone would devoid you of these benefits
