It goes without saying that a new change can possibly have some advantages and disadvantages. From my point of view, I think that certainly, the advantages of building a restaurant in my neighborhood outweigh disadvantages that I consider below.
First and foremost, making a lot of noise obviously comes from the restaurant that bothers me. In fact, there are many customers who come to the restaurant most days of a week; in addition, the employers can make a lot of noise whereas after a hard work day I need to relax at my home. Furthermore, some unexpected events can disturb my relaxation; for instance, breaking something such as plates, glasses and so on that happens commonly in each restaurant or having a conflict with an unsatisfied costumer due to the fact that all such places; obviously, as you know cannot satisfy all their customers.
Second is that usually restaurants are not clean and put their rubbish out, so there will be a place for gathering some animals such as cats, mouse and insects and so on. Unbelievably, day by day, the view of your house becomes uglier. On the other hand; as a result, your healthy will be in serious risk because of living in such dirty area. Also existing the restaurant near my house persuades me to have more meals at it especially if I do not have enough time for cooking.
In conclusion, building a new restaurant in my neighborhood will create many problems because I won’t have relaxation emotionally and physically; thus, I cannot enjoy my life.
