Need to know which one is correct. I used to see my friend uses the second version.

Both are correct. In the second one, the if-clause has dropped the “if” and it has inverted word order, which is quite common.

While both are correct, the second one is a LOT more formal.
I would probably say, Please let us know if you have more (or additional) questions.
“Further inquiries” is awkward
