I hope I helped! I have only one question - are this sentences from an exercise book ( for example) or you wrote them by yourself? I am just curious.
my dear
i have taken these questions from a High level exam question paper
thanks for ur help dear. are you an english student ?
No, I am not.
All I know - I learned it by myself. But of course if I have some questions I ask the teachers in my school.
I think I gave you the right answers, but if your not convinced, you can always ask someone from the forum (who is native English speaker) and he/she can tell you for sure.
best wishes,
Iva
I’m sorry but some of the ‘corrections’ suggested are incorrect.
-
He is bent on doing it.
-
There is the best teacher in that class. <-- The meaning is unclear. More than one aspect needs to be changed. It’s a poor question.
3 ) You ought to have regarded him as your benefactor.
-
He is waiting for a better, more promising opportunity.
-
When I shall see her I will deliver her your gift (to her).
-
She spent many a sleepless night… <-- This is not a complete sentence.
-
He swore by Go <-- seems to be unfinished
I have added full stops to all your sentences. Without them, they are incorrect.
