Hi

Would you please help me with better choice or correct it to sound natural:

1- I do all correspondences with organizations and offices both government(al) and non-government(al) or national and international through the institute.

2- I do all correspondences with organizations and offices both state-run ones and non-state run ones or national and international through the institute.

Those are so long that I think they would be better split over two sentences.
All my correspondence is arranged through the institute. This includes international and national correspondence with organizations, government and non-government offices.
