In the first stage, Limestone and clay are sent to the crusher and then the crushed powder is sent to the mixer to mix it well. Before the next step, the mixed powder is sent to the rotating heater which is rotated while passing heat through it. In the next step, the hot powder is placed on the grinder which becomes the cement. The cement is then placed in the bags to transport it.
In the concrete production process, 15% of cement, 10% of water, 25% of sand and 50% of gravel are mixed properly in the concrete mixer to prepare the concrete.
