Phrase: People say we’re going to have a good summer

Dear teachers,

I have 3 sentences:

They say we’re going to have a good summer.
People say we’re going to have a good summer.
One says we’re going to have a good summer.

What is the diffrence in meaning btw: “they”, “people”, “one” in 3 sentences? Are they the same meaning?
Shoul I use “a hot summer” or only “hot summer”?Why?

Best regards
Tung Quoc
