Phrase: I will be completing my degree

If I am still studying for Msc and finishing in April 2009, Is it correct to say,

I will be completing two year M.Sc degree at UC by April 2009. Do I have to re-take TOEFL?
or
I am finishing/completing my two year M.Sc degree at UC by April 2009.

What do you think?

Finally I’ve got the answer. Think I’m rite!! If not please correct me…

since it will be completed by a particular point in the future, we must use the future perfect tense. Hence, it would correct to write, " I will have finished a two year degree at …"
