Hello everyone: Imagine you’re talking about your last holiday, “Last year I went…” Then you say, “I had decided to go to this place because…” Finally, you return to the present saying, “Now I wonder, if I made the right choice” or, “Now I wonder, if I had made the right choice”?? Which one is correct? And why? Thanks!
Now I wonder if I made the right choice – New sentence and new time perspective; you have one present event (‘I wonder’) and one past event (‘I made’).
